We MABUCHI MOTOR (JIANGSU) CO., LTD. deeply recognize that our business activities for manufacturing and selling small electric motors are closely related not only to the environment of the community but also to that of the earth itself. Based on this recognition, we aim at "corporate activities that promote the preservation of our earth's environment and our own human health." Therefore, we establish an environmental management system conforming to ISO 14001 and make efforts to continuously perform environmental preservation activities through participation of all of our members in such activities.
- Continuous maintenance of environmental management system
In order to ensure that the environmental management system conforming to ISO 14001 functions effectively, we set our environmental objectives, targets and plans for the whole factory and for each of our departments. We strive to continuously improve the environmental management system and our environmental performance through periodically reviewing the objectives, targets and plans, and through performing internal audits. - Observance of laws and regulations
We make efforts to observe environment-related laws and regulations.Specifically, regarding hazardous substances-related laws and regulations such as ELV and RoHS Directives, we carry out thorough and appropriate control and continuously perform activities for eradicating inclusion of regulated substances and the like. - Practice of activities for developing respective employees into professionals in roles assigned to them
We establish a system to heighten respective employees' awareness of environmental conservation, to clarify their roles, objectives and targets, and to give them the ability to provide synergistic effects of their operations through relevant education and training.While we document this Environmental Policy and thoroughly make it known to all of our employees, we disclose it to external parties.
