We aim at environmentally-friendly corporate activities in our business activities for manufacturing small electric motors. Therefore, we establish and implement the environmental management system conforming to ISO 14001 and make efforts to continuously improve the environment.
- In order to reduce environmental burdens, while we recognize the impacts of our business activities on the environment, we observe national/regional environment-related laws/regulations and other environment-related requirements on corporate activities.
- We establish the environmental management system, set environmental objectives and targets, and make efforts to continuously improve the environmental management system and our environmental performance through periodically reviewing the objectives and targets.
- In order to reduce environmental burdens in our business activities, we focus on the following four items:
- Saving and recycling of resources: We endeavor to reduce the amounts of water, electricity, paper or the like used, to reduce the weight of wastes, and to carry out separate collection of wastes.
- Prevention of environmental pollution: We appropriately control chemicals such as cleaning solvents and oils that are in storage.
- Environmental education: We conduct educational and enlightenment activities in order to heighten our members' environmental awareness and to make them capable of voluntarily conducting environmental conservation activities.
- Product management: We appropriately manage our products in order to eliminate mixing of ELV and RoHS regulated substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and brominated flame retardants PBB and PBDE) into our products.
- We document this Environmental Policy, make it known to all of our employees, and disclose it to external parties.
