Communication with Employees

Having a Garden Party

The garden party

About 1,000 Mabuchi Motor employees (including retired employees, temporary employees, and contractors' employees) and their families have been invited to the garden party held at the Head Office grounds every year since fiscal 2006 with a view to increasing bonds and solidarity among all Mabuchi people, from top management and employees to their families, by promoting mutual communication across organizational boundaries.

Offering handicraft classes for our employee's families

In summer 2008, we offered handicraft classes for our employees’ families with a view to provide children with opportunities to experience the pleasure and wonder of making things and to facilitate communication inside each family by making the children feel interest in and feel proud of their fathers’ or mothers’ work, about which they hardly talk with their fathers or mothers in their ordinary lives, through handicrafts using motors. After each handicraft class, for the families we had a luncheon party and gave an opportunity to look around products using motors.
