Mabuchi continuously reflects on the implementation of repurchase of own shares accordingly as a method for agilely responding to changes in share prices or managerial environment, policy on capital and returning profits to shareholders by considering circumstances of surplus funds, cash flows, PBR and the like. Mabuchi is planning to cancel all of its shares to be repurchased in and after 2008.
