Our thinnest Car/Portable CD spindle motor is RF-400CA, and we have been supplying it for customers who need thin-type motor.
While, in order to meet our customer's request to have our motors used for their thinner units, we have developed our new "RF-4L0WA" (8.0mm thickness, 13.5g weight) by making the RF-400CA (9.0mm thickness, 16.5g weight) thinner in size and lighter in weight, and just started mass-production.
"RF-4L0WA" ,as developed with the employment of Neodymium-plastic magnet having maximum energy product and with improved magnetic circuit, enables you to get longer motor life under high temperature condition required for Car CD motor market, while keeping performance almost equal to RF-400CA.
