We have developed 2 types of motors for Ink Jet Printer applications (Now we have 5 types of motors for this application). This development was done to have larger motor than our current RS-385PH but smaller than RS-545PH in size, so that our customers can select the best suitable motor among wider variety of our motor line-up. These new motors are usable not only for printer but also for other applications like automotive products.

- Both RS-445PA and RS-455PA achieved to reduce cogging torque ripple substantially and to get its frequency in higher level, and improved the printing quality of the Ink Jet Printer.
- We succeeded not only to improve productivity and quality by integrating the production lines, but also to have environmental friendly with the application of cleaning-less, cadmium and lead free technologies.
- Meanwhile, you can design inside space of your application more efficiently by using these smaller size motors with lowest possible cost.
Note) Cogging torque ripple: Periodical torque variation generated during a motor rotates one turn.
