Background of the change
The change is resulted from the fact that MABUCHI MOTOR CO.,LTD. repurchased part of its own shares from Mr. Kenichi Mabuchi, one of major shareholders of MABUCHI MOTOR CO.,LTD. through a Tender Offer for acquisition of own shares under the provisions of the Article 211-3-1-2 of the Commercial Code and the Articles of Incorporation of MABUCHI MOTOR CO.,LTD.
