so as to help all members of the company deepen the understanding of Principle and to make the principle to be implemented.

Mabuchi Management Principle of "Contributing to international society and continuously increasing that contribution" form the foundation of every Mabuchi's business operation. This time, we revised the booklet which describes this lasting Mabuchi Management Principle in an easy-to-understand way and distributed them to all members in the Head Quarters. The key revision points are the addition of the comments on our thinking about "contribution and profit" in response to the popular trend towards a "profit-first principle", and the addition of the comments on the "Mabuchi management vision system". We are planning to translate the booklet into English, Chinese and Vietnamese languages and to further help all members of the company deepen the understanding of Principle throughout Mabuchi group companies.
