Closing of West Coast Sales Office of Mabuchi Motor America Corp.

This is to inform you that Mabuchi Motor America Corp. (location: Troy in Michigan / abbreviation: America Mabuchi), a sales subsidiary of Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd., has decided to close its west coast sales office (near San Jose, California) on the last day of June 2008.
On and after June 20, 2008, America Mabuchi is to take over the operating activities of the west coast sales office.
