Notice of the damage situation on “off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake”

Update regarding the damage situation from the earthquake of 11th March, 2011:

• So far, we have not been injured at all by the earthquake this time.
• As we are producing all of our motors overseas, we are continuing normal production without any problems.
• Except influence of planned blackout, headquarters buildings and facilities are functioning normally.
• Buildings and facilities around the headquarters are receiving minor damages and we are investigating the details.
